Public Review Agreement

By selecting “Yes” to the question “Do we have your permission to post your review publicly?”, you agree to the following:

1. Consent to Public Use
   You grant paintedROOF LLC permission to publicly display your review, including your full name, on:

   • Our website

   • Social media platforms

   • Marketing materials (digital and print)

2. Review Modifications
   Your review may be edited for clarity, grammar, or length, but will not be altered in a way that misrepresents your original message.

3. Withdrawal of Consent
   You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing help@paintedroof.com. Please include your full name in your request. Upon receipt of your request, paintedROOF will remove your review and name from all future uses within a reasonable timeframe.

4. No Compensation
   Submission of a review is voluntary and does not entitle you to financial compensation.

5. Governing Law
   This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
